Hello Alumni,

 

On Friday, September 20, 2024, the alumni from the Archbold and Ridgeville High School Bands will once again join together to form the Alumni Band.  As in past years, we will combine our talents with the current Archbold High School Band for the pregame performance.

 

Each year a number of new members have joined the Alumni Band, playing those familiar school songs from years ago.  We also play a special song from the past at the Blue Streak Rally before the game.  

 

If it has been a long time since you have picked up your instrument, nobody will ever notice if you are only able to play a few notes. 

 

The marching demands are minimal and streamlined to the point that if one can take 48 steps straight across the field, that is all that is necessary!  If that number of steps would be challenging, we even have it worked out that some participants just walk on from the home sideline to join the rest of the band to play the music.

 

Please contact former band members and invite them to come back.  We would love to connect with people who we have not seen in a long time.
